The existing <br />Norton Grand Neighborhood Conservation Guidelines and Historic Overlay Standards Guidelines would <br />apply to this area. The Historical Commission and Planning Commission have recommended approval of the <br />expansion as proposed. The ordinance includes a map of properties which contribute to the character of the <br />neighborhood. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Adopt an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended (Title 19 EMC), expanding the "H" <br />Historic Overlay Zone for the Norton Grand Neighborhood <br />25 <br />
