A Final EIS was issued on June 1, 1994. The <br />DEIS evaluated four alternatives for 2012 population and <br />employment targets. A fifth alternative was added in the FEIS. The <br />EIS also evaluated the Comprehensive Plan elements, including land <br />use, housing, transportation, capital facilities and utilities, economic <br />development, urban design and historic preservation and parks. <br />10 -Year Comprehensive Plan Update. In December 2004 the city <br />issued a Draft Supplemental Impact Statement (DSEIS) on the 10 - <br />year update of the Everett Growth Management Comprehensive Plan. <br />A Final SEIS was issued in February 2005. The DSEIS evaluated <br />three alternatives for 2025 population and employment targets. The <br />SEIS also evaluated the updated/amended comprehensive plan <br />elements; the annual docket items; amendments to designations in the <br />Everett Station Area and Riverfront Area. <br />2007 — 2008 Update to the Comprehensive Plan. In March 2008 the <br />City issued a Draft Supplemental Impact Statement (DSEIS) on the <br />annual docket cycle actions as an annual update of the Everett <br />Growth Management Comprehensive Plan. A Final SEIS was issued <br />in June 2008. <br />Implementation Date: City Council action on docket requests and approval of <br />Comprehensive Plan map and text amendments in early 2010 <br />FACT SHEET ii <br />
