Response to Comments <br />CEMEX Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement <br />November 30, 2009 <br />CEMEX has offered to reconfigure use of the noted area such that a storm water retention basin <br />would not be placed over the inert waste soils. Future use of this location is now proposed to be <br />industrial uses and would need to be reviewed by the Health District, the State of Washington, <br />CEMEX and the City. Conditions of the Waste Facility Permit are reviewed annually by the <br />Snohomish County Health District. Next review is June, 2010. <br />35.
