Steve Winecoff <br />Asks where an additional 70 acres of parks will come from as a result of this action. <br />Response: In the recent past, and as part of this proposal, CEMEX has agreed to deed to the City <br />the hilly area east of the Phil Johnston ball fields, and an additional future park area north and <br />west of the fields. Taken in total the potential park area that could be donated to Everett would <br />be in excess of 100 acres. The project also shows 15 acres of open space inside the developed <br />area. <br />27 <br />
