The exact mix of uses <br />best for any one area is dynamic, and depends on the local context: the existing conditions <br />and the opportunities available at any given time. Without diminishing its overall <br />commitment to industrial land use opportunites in Everett, our Comprehensive Plan should <br />flex, when necessary, to take advantage of new opportunities. <br />I believe that the CENIEX Glenwood proposal is a unique and timely opportunity for south <br />Everett neighborhoods to internalize the benefits of the significant industrial base that <br />already exists in our area.
