The proposal would
create a very beneficial mix of residential, retail and commercial development in the area, while preserving a
substantial component of industrial land. For all of the uses, including industrial, the project would allow a,
higher density of use than is currently there. It fits the surrounding area well and, from past public
meetings, appears to have addressed concerns that neighbors may have xpressed.
As a business person who works frequently in Everett, it's been a real pleasure over the years to see the city 4, ,
develop as an outstanding place to live and work. The CEMEX proposal, as submitted, would continue that
trend. I urge the city to approve the proposal as submitted.
A signed copy of this email is being mailed to you. Hoever, I wanted to get this to you today, in hope that you
can extend the deadline for continents by a day,
Sincerely,
Steve Boyer
9616 21st Ave. NW
Seattle, WA 98117 % F
f
i
E9
1
