Mr. Giffen: <br />The Everett School District is pleased to submit the following cornments on the proposed <br />CEMEX Comprehensive Plan. being created at 6300 Glenwood Ave,, Everett, Washington. <br />Information provided by Bob Tiscareno, of Tiscareno Associates, identified approximately <br />40 Townhomes (MF, 2+ Bdrm) and 25 Cottage Style (SF) homes created witli in the Everett <br />School District 13oundary (cast of Glenwood. Ave). <br />School impact :Cees calculated by the Everett School District in tbce City of Everett are the <br />product of: <br />1. The number, of housing units of each type, <br />2. The number of elementary, middle, and high schools students generated by each <br />type of housing unit (Student Generation Rate), <br />I Whether the schools serving the proposed development are over capacity, <br />4.
