I do however have some concerns. I still think the traffic impact will be too great? I think that <br />maybe allowing less housing on the property, less of a cluster home effect. But the LARGEST mistake will <br />be roundabout anywhere in this area. There is just too much traffic in this area to make these work. <br />Please NO roundabouts.
