CITY OF EVERETTI <br />Regarding the property on the east side of Glenwood: planning Dept. <br />1. How many stories tall will the buildings be? <br />2. How many buildings per acre? <br />3. How many units per building? <br />4. How large will the units be? <br />5. Will the units have carports or garages? <br />6. How many parking spaces per unit and what type of parking spaces will they be? <br />7. How many guest parking spaces? <br />8. Will -there be a clubhouse? Swim pool? Sports court? Great room? Exercise room? <br />9. What common amenities will the complex have? <br />10. What level of quality will the building possess (high, low)? <br />11. What complex within the existing community matches the type of complex CEMEX plans to put <br />on this site? In other words, how does this new complex match the existing community? <br />Regarding the property on the west side of Glenwood: <br />12. How many stories tall will the buildings be? <br />13. What was the outcome from the community's suggestions that the property should be used for a 4 - <br />year university or to support future airport growth or remain as is under its current zoning codes? <br />24. What do the 1,045 units represent in terms of new housing as compared to existing housing within <br />1/2 mile of the site? <br />25. What actions are planned in order to mitigate and completely curtail the tremendous impact of the <br />CEMEX proposal upon the existing community, including increased traffic flow and negative <br />behaviors, which this type of housing attracts (i.e. Casino Road)? <br />26.
