Our schools are already at capacity or overcrowded. We all lulow that builders
manage to construct houses at a far faster speed than schools can be built.
In addition to the overcrowded schools, traffic is almost unbearable in many areas. I suggest every
planner drives on the Boeing freeway from the Paine Field freeway entrance around 2:45 pm to personally
experience our already congested roads. Please try to drive the stretch from Paine Field to Everett Mall Way.
Then exit onto Everett Mail Way to the left (it becomes Beverly Blvd) and crawl along at a snails pace to
Madison. Head back towards the Phil Johnson fields (Madison becomes Glennwood to Mulcilteo Blvd) and take
a right on Mukilteo Blvd towards the 41 st street I- 5 entrance. Then hope on 1-5 south and just try to exit at the
128th street exit. Take a left and head towards the multitude of new housing communities on the way to Mill
Creek or Snohomish.
After you get to spend some aggravating time in traffic go back and vote NO on any rezoning for homes we
don't need!
We vote. We will not vote for ANY government official that supports the rezoning! Not only will we not vote
for whoever supports the rezone we will campaign against them!
My past experience in dealing with the planning commission has been that you already have your mind made up
and you hold these "public" meetings as because of your legal duty to do so. At the culmination of the public
meetings you go on to vote however you all planned to prior to the public meetings.
Public majority doesn't want this 117 acres rezoned! PLEASE do the right thing and leave the current zoning as
is!
Thank you,
Sharon and Lance Ehde (registered voters) m
