Records of any laboratory analysis performed on incoming feedstock as well as any final <br />sampling of soil after it has been treated. <br />SECTION IV: TESTING RE, QUIREEMENTS � <br />A. On entering the premises, customers using the landfill are required to submit a completed and <br />signed customer material intake record indentifying the waste to be land filled. For materials <br />that may have been contaminated, Cemex Inc. Inert Landfill shall require laboratory analysis <br />to ensure that the material to be land filled meets the acceptance criteria. <br />B. Testing of petroleum contaminated soil is required prior to acceptance as fill. Soils that <br />contain TPH (Diesel Range Organics and Heavy Oils) and that exceed concentration of 460 <br />mg/kg and or TPH (gasoline) 100 mg/kg are not to be land filled. Soils that exceed Model <br />Toxics Control Act (MTCA) Method A Soil cleanup levels, (Table 740-1) are considered <br />contaminated and are not to be land filled. Soils that have the potential to produce leachate <br />outside the pII range of 6.5 to 8.5 are not considered inert and are not to be land filled at <br />Cemex Inert Waste Landfill. <br />C. Materials that are designated as a liquid by the Paint Filter Test (EPA Test Method 90958) <br />shall not be deposited in the inert waste landfill. <br />SECTION V: I+ACILITY CLOSURE CONDITIONS <br />A. The permittee must notify the Health District of the intent to close the operation no later than <br />sixty (60) days prior to final receipt of regulated waste. <br />B. Closure performance standard: Close the inert waste landfill unit by leveling the waste to the <br />extent practicable, or appropriate for the proposed future use, and fill all voids that could <br />pose a physical threat to persons or provide disease vector harborages. When the fill area has <br />been brought up to 10 feet below final grade, it will then be capped with 10 feet of stripping <br />(original native material removed to expose economically usable mineral aggregate raw <br />material), or suitable backfill soil. Treated petroleum soils must be placed 20 feet below final <br />grade. <br />C. Record maps and a statement of fact concerning the location of the landfill as part of the deed <br />with the county auditor no later than three months after closure. <br />SECTION VI: COMPLIANCE' SCHEDULE FOR. OPERATINGI <br />Facility not presently operating under a compliance schedule. <br />
