Ebert's proposition to include the 1045 dwelling units of single family and <br />MULTIPLE FAMILY STRUCTURES. The roads in the area will be clogged and the concomitant surge in the <br />crime rate by putting multi -family where single family homes should go will continue to exacerbate the <br />slide in the quality of living in Everett. <br />Seems tome light industrial would be the ideal use. Here is the chance for Everett to really gain more <br />quality jobs. With the threat of flooding to the Kent valley in the news right now, shouldn't the City of <br />Everett be catering to these companies to relocate here? <br />And finally, since Mr, C.J.
