Planning Commission Meeting October 6, 2009 <br />7 1 P a a e <br />rear property line was a concession that they agreed to and that gate is complete. He felt that <br />the windows had been shot out because the building was vacant. The windows were repaired. <br />They increased the landscaping along the fence line and provided a good buffer from the street. <br />8:32:12 PM <br />Chairman Newland asked if there was anyone else who wished to speak. <br />8:32:18 PM <br />Commissioner Trautman asked Ms. Grannis where her home was located. Ms. Grannis <br />responded that her home was located along the north property line, and that the gate was not <br />ADA compliant and there were no shields on the lights to block glare. <br />Motion: Commissioner Moore made a motion to close the public hearing. Commissioner <br />Chase seconded the motion. <br />Vote: Commissioner Sand, yes; Commissioner Chase, yes; Commissioner Moore, yes; <br />Commissioner Olivers, yes; Commissioner Trautman, yes; and Chairman Newland, yes. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Motion: Commissioner Olivers made a motion to approve the staff resolution with one typo to <br />change the word rezoning to rezone.
