A request for a one year extension of this Determination of Non-Significance may be made to the Planning Director prior to the expiration date DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: The proposed action is the issuance of building and public works permits to allow the construction of a 17,000 square foot building on a 4.5 acre parcel to be used for assembling, repairing, and testing aircraft interior equipment. The listed requirements are placed in response to our review of this information: MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA 1. Landscaping of the West and south portions of the property must be provided as shown on the site plan submitted for the SEPA review. (SEPA Light and Glare and Aesthetics Policies) MITIGATION REQUIRED BY EXISTING CODES AND ORDINANCES 1. Special charges for connection to the sewer system in accordance with Ordinance 984-83 are applicable. The actual cost shall he computed by the Builaing Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to the information provided on the approved plans on the date of permit issuance. (SEPA Utilities Policy) 2. On-site detention is required; or, in lieu of providing on-site detention, payment to City Drainage Fund 340 is allowed per Ordinance 670-80. (SEPA Utilities Policy) 3. The utility easement for public water main on site must be granted to the City of Everett before Building or Public Works Permits will be issued per the Design and Construction Standards and Specifications Manual issued pursuant to Ordinance 898-82.
