DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE <br /> SEPA 860-85 <br /> This Final Determination of Non-Significance shall expire one year <br /> from date of issuance unless a completed building permit applica- <br /> tion has been submitted within that time. A request for a one <br /> year extension of this Determination of Non-Significance may <br /> be made to the Planning Director prior to the expiration date <br /> DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: The proposed action is the issuance of building and <br /> public works permits to allow the construction of a 17,000 square foot <br /> building on a 4.5 acre parcel to be used for assembling, repairing, and <br /> testing aircraft interior equipment. <br /> PROPONENT: Japan Aircraft Maintenance (America), Inc. <br /> 8727 - 44th Ave. West <br /> Mukilteo, WA 98275 <br /> LOCATION OF PROPOSAL: 1000 Block of 80th St. SW <br /> Lead Agency: City of Everett Planning Dept. <br /> Contact Person: Mary Cunningham Phone: 259-8731 <br /> Mitigation Measures: <br /> The environmental impacts of this propisal are documented in the Environmental <br /> Checklist and other information on file with the City. The listed <br /> requirements are placed in response to our review of this information: <br /> MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br /> 1. Landscaping of the West and south portions of the property must be <br /> provided as shown on the site plan submitted for the SEPA review. <br /> (SEPA Light and Glare and Aesthetics Policies) <br /> MITIGATION REQUIRED BY EXISTING CODES AND ORDINANCES <br /> 1. Special charges for connection to the sewer system in accordance with <br /> Ordinance 984-83 are applicable. The actual cost shall he computed by <br /> the Builaing Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and <br /> according to the information provided on the approved plans on the date <br /> of permit issuance. (SEPA Utilities Policy) <br /> 2. On-site detention is required; or, in lieu of providing on-site <br /> detention, payment to City Drainage Fund 340 is allowed per Ordinance <br /> 670-80. (SEPA Utilities Policy) <br /> 3. The utility easement for public water main on site must be granted to <br /> the City of Everett before Building or Public Works Permits will be <br /> issued per the Design and Construction Standards and Specifications <br /> Manual issued pursuant to Ordinance 898-82.
