A site plan on file with the City of Everett <br /> Planning Department shows Lhe location of that hydrant. A minimum of 5% of the parking area must be landscaped In compliance <br /> with Section 19.40.050 of the Zoning Code and Section 1. 13 of the <br /> Standards and Specifications Manual. (SEPA Aesthetics and Light and <br /> Glare Policies) <br /> The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a <br /> probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental <br /> Impact Statement is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c) . This <br /> determination assumes compliance with state law and City ordinances related to <br /> general environmental protection including but not limited to right-of-way <br /> improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This decision was made after review <br /> of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the <br /> lead agency. This information is available to the public on request. This <br /> Determination of Non-Significance is specifically conditioned on compliance <br /> with the conditions attached hereto which are incorporated by reference as if <br /> fully set forth herein. <br /> This DUS is issued under 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this <br /> proposal for 15 days from the date below.
