conclusion is consistent with requirements applied to other <br /> commercial uses permitted in the C-i zone. <br /> AND FURTHERMORE, CITY COUNCIL hereby modifies the Mitigated <br /> Determination of Non-Significance ( #34-92) in the following <br /> manner: <br /> 1 . Condition #6 under, Mitigation of Adverse Impacts by SEPA, <br /> which requires a fence along the north/south alley where it <br /> abuts the property located at 2717 Harrison Avenue, is <br /> hereby deleted. <br /> 2 . The following condition is hereby added under, Mitigation of <br /> Adverse Impacts by SEPA: "Trucks involved in <br /> loading/receiving activities must access the loading dock <br /> from the south side of the recycle transfer building, rather <br /> than directly off the alley. The loading dock must be <br /> located on the south side of the building. " <br /> 3 . Condition #4 under, Mitigation Required by Existing Codes <br /> and Ordinances, is hereby modified to read as follows: <br /> "Either containers must be leak-free, with close fitting <br /> covers, or the Applicant must provide industrial <br /> pretreatment of stormwater runoff if containers are not <br /> covered." <br /> Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br /> Passed and Approved this --16th day of December, 1992 <br /> Council Presi nt s1 <br />
