The originally proposed assessment against 10 Parcel No . 4A of $220 , 725 should be and is increased to 11 $368, 849 , and the originally proposed assessment against Parcel 12 No . 4 of $2, 168, 890 should be and is reduced to $2, 020 , 764 .
