The assessment roll as thus approved and 6 confirmed shall be filed with the City Treasurer for collection 1 7 and the City Treasurer is authorized and directed to publish I 8 notice as required by law stating that the roll is in his hands # 9assessment thereon or any 1 for collection and that payment of any 1 10 portion of such assessment can be made at any time within thirty 0 11 days from date of first publication of such notice without 12 penalty, interest or cost , and that thereafter the sum remaining 13 unpaid may be paid in twenty equal annual installments . The 14 estimated interest rate is stated to be 8 . 5% per annum, with the 15 exact interest rate to be fixed in the ordinance authorizing the ' ;;1 16 issuance and sale of the local improvement bonds for Local i17 Improvement District No . 726 .
