NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Everett City Council that: <br /> 1 . The City reaffirms its commitment to the Snohomish County <br /> Tomorrow (SCT) process, as the appropriate body to address <br /> interjurisdictional cooperation and other coordination <br /> requirements of the Growth Management Act, RCW 36.70A, and as <br /> specifically set forth in RCW 36. 70A. 100 and 36 . 70A. 210 . <br /> 2 . The Mayor will recommend and the City Council approve a <br /> representative to SCT who shall be either the Mayor or one of the <br /> members of the City Council to serve as the City of Everett's <br /> representative to the SCT Steering Committee. <br /> 3 . The Mayor has designated the Director of Planning and Community <br /> Development or his designee to serve as the City of Everett's <br /> representative on all technical committees related to the SCT <br /> process. <br /> 4 . It shall be the responsibility of the City's representative to <br /> the SCT Steering Committee to bring before the City Council any <br /> such matters as are deemed appropriate for Council action <br /> regarding the SCT process. However, the administration may also <br /> choose to bring matters forward to the Council which have been <br /> discussed within the SCT process. Any action proposed by the SCT <br />
