The ordinance has been codified at Title 15 of the Everett Municipal Code. The proposed ordinance would amend the following sections of Title 15: 1. 15.16.080, which lists specific actions that are to be reviewed by the Planning Director using Review Process II, by adding "Use of basement or other building spaces for uses not specifically listed as permitted use in the B-3 zone as provided by Section 19.22.030." 2. 15.24.080, which lists the public notice requirements for Review Process II, by amending the requirement for mailed notice from "contiguous property owners" to "owners of property located within 150 feet of the subject property" RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Adopt Ordinance amending the Local Project Review Procedures for Review Process Il, amending Ordinance No. 2530-01, as amended (EMC Title 15). 19
