be applied towards the expenses that the Manager is responsible for, including <br />those set forth in this Agreement and all incidental operating expenses required to <br />operate the garage under the terms of this Agreement not set forth in the section <br />herein entitled "Owner's Responsibility" (Article 3A). The City will pay the <br />Manager a monthly payment in the amount of Fifteen Thousand One Hundred <br />Ninety -Eight Dollars ($15,198.00) for each month of year eight of this Agreement <br />and a monthly payment in the amount of Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Two <br />Dollars ($15,502) for each month of year nine of this Agreement. Payments will <br />be made by the fifteenth (15th) day of the month for services performed in the <br />preceding month, provided that the work required to be performed has been fully <br />and satisfactorily completed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The City <br />may withhold payment in whole or in part for damage caused by the Manager or <br />the Manager's uncured default. <br />3. The effective date of this Amendment is July 1, 2010. <br />4.
