Amendments No. 1 and 2 were created for additional compensation and to revise the scope of <br />consulting services related to the Riverfront properties, ensuring the City's continued compliance with <br />various regulatory requirements and the Department of Ecology's Consent Decree. Continued consultant <br />support is needed as development activity continues on the site. <br />Amendment No. 3 extends the contract to December 31, 2011, with no additional costs. ' <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with Floyd and <br />Snider, Inc. for the Riverfront Project, extending the contract to December 31, 2011. <br />pi <br />
