The maximum billable amount of the surface water/watershed protection and wastewater school <br /> education program is $40,000 based in the following: <br /> Surface Water/Watershed Protection and Wastewater activities itemized: <br /> ■ Up to $24,640 for classroom presentations based on 160 presentations at$154 per <br /> presentation. <br /> ■ Up to $1,413 for revision of existing programs and program materials based on 20 <br /> hours at $70.65 per hour. <br /> • Up to $706.50 for marketing the programs to teachers and principals based on 10 <br /> hours at$70.65 per hour. <br /> • Up to $4,089.40 for scheduling based on 70 hours at $58.42 per hour. <br /> ■ Up to $726.60 for new and replacement program materials. <br /> • Up to $653 for regular program evaluation and a final report based on 10 hours at <br /> $65.30 per hour. <br /> • Up to $7,771.50 for the development of supplemental teaching materials such as <br /> student activity booklets based on 110 hours at $70.65 per hour. <br /> This Scope of Work does not represent any other contract-whether expressed or implied-between <br /> Triangle Associates, Inc. and Everett Public Works. Upon completion of implementation each <br /> month, Service Provider will bill.Everett Public Works for development and/or presentation <br /> work completed that month and will submit a presentation schedule listing the locations and <br /> dates of the completed presentations.
