Permit Conditions <br /> General. <br /> 1. The permit for Port Gardner Neighborhood Association street closure will only be valid from <br /> 6:30 p.m.to 9:00 p.m.on July 12,2010. Street barricades will be available at intersection of 33`d <br /> and Norton,and will be placed by event sponsor to block intersections as approved on the <br /> • <br /> attached street closure plan at 6:30 p.m. Cars parked in the street closure area will not be <br /> towed by Everett Police Department. <br /> 2. There shall be no fee of any kind charged or assessed the public for attending the event. <br /> 3. It may not be represented or implied that the event is City sponsored or sanctioned. <br /> 4. At its sole option,City may verify concurrences by adjoining property owners; lack of <br /> concurrence by any adjoining property owner may be cause for revocation or non-issuance of <br /> permit. <br /> 5. Permit may be revoked at any time after issuance if,in the sole opinion of the City staff, <br /> satisfactory compliance with permit conditions is not achieved or maintained. <br /> 6. Material changes to the closure plan presented to the city as of June 17,2010 may only be made <br /> by the permit applicant with the City's approval. In its sole discretion,the City may withhold <br /> approval. The permit applicant acknowledges that such changes should be submitted <br /> sufficiently in advance to allow the City adequate time to review the proposed changes. <br /> 7. Neither the permit applicant nor any vendor of any booth may serve any alcoholic beverage in <br /> the closure area. <br /> 8. In the event any amendment or adoption of an ordinance takes effect before or during the <br /> event,the permit applicant shall comply with the requirements of such ordinance,even if such <br /> ordinance establishes different requirements than those described in these conditions. These <br /> permit conditions will be deemed to be amended by such ordinance. <br /> 9. The permit applicant must inform vendors,if any,that they need to obtain a City of Everett <br /> business license from the City Clerk in advance of the event.The business license must be clearly <br /> posted at the vendor location.Vendors without a valid business license will not be allowed to <br /> operate. <br /> Health/Safety <br /> 10. Permit applicant must clean up;the City will not provide cleaning equipment or labor. All clean <br /> up will be completed prior to street opening,but no later than 9:00p.m. Permit applicant will be <br /> charged for any fees related to clean-up if not completed to the satisfaction of the City. The City <br /> Street Department will conduct a clean-up inspection. <br /> 11. The permit and closures may be suspended or terminated for life/safety reasons or for failure or <br /> refusal to timely comply with reasonable direction by city personnel,such as police or fire,or <br /> failure to comply with permit conditions. <br /> 12. Permit applicant will provide access to sanitation facilities for the public and vendors that are <br /> reasonably adequate in quality and quantity. <br /> 13. Permit applicant must inform all food vendors(if any)that they need to obtain a Snohomish <br /> County Health District mobile food service permit or temporary food service permit in advance <br /> of the event.The permit must be clearly posted at the vendor location.Vendors without a valid <br /> permit will not be allowed to operate. <br /> 14. Any alcohol service associated with the event must comply with all rules and regulations <br /> established by the Liquor Control Board to include alcohol service permits, partition and fencing, <br /> location of service areas,and any other laws that might apply. <br /> Vendors <br /> No additional requirements. <br /> 59 <br />
