Financial <br /> No financial conditions. <br /> Traffic <br /> 15. The street closure area is approved. Barricades will be posted to block traffic at 33`d and Norton <br /> and mid-block in 3300 block of Norton just south of the event location. Additionally,clearly <br /> visible"Street Closed Ahead"signs must be posted at 35th and Norton to limit traffic getting <br /> caught in the street closure area and having to turn around in the roadway south of the event. <br /> 16. City Traffic Engineer is authorized to require changes to signing and detour plan. Any <br /> commitment by permit applicant to others shall not affect any requirements of the City Traffic <br /> Engineer. <br /> 17. Permit applicant shall arrangeand pay for placement of all necessary barricades and signs. <br /> Barricades will be located at 33`d and Norton,midblock North just south of the event location, <br /> and a street closure ahead sign at 35th and Norton. Permit applicant shall provide any and all <br /> labor for manning traffic barricades at intersections. Barricades will always,be manned by <br /> permit applicant and moved as needed for emergency access or other needs. Applicant must <br /> contact Traffic Engineering at 425-257-8800 for arrangement of barricades and signs. <br /> 18. Permit applicant will remove all traffic barricades and signage no later than 9:00p.m. and place <br /> all City barricades and signage at the intersections(off street)for pickup by the City. <br /> Risk Management <br /> 19. Permit applicant and its officers must jointly and severally defend,indemnify and hold the City <br /> harmless from any and all claims of any kind in a form provided or approved by the City <br /> Attorney's Office. <br /> 20. Booth vendors,performers,subcontractors,etc shall defend and indemnify the City from any <br /> claims for damages to property,bodily injury,or economic loss that arise out of,or are related <br /> to,the event. <br /> 21. Permit applicant shall be financially responsible and promptly repair any and all damage to the <br /> property of the city or third parties,including adjacent property owners. <br /> 60 <br />
