CONSENT ITEMS: (9) Authorize the closure of Bond Street between Federal and Wall on July 17, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. for a car show sponsored by Anchor Tavern subject to the notification of the Port of Everett and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad ACTION ITEMS: (10) Authorize the Mayor to negotiate and sign a contract with the DLR Group for Design Build Program Architectural services for the Municipal Court Project (11) Award construction contract and Authorize the Mayor to sign the contact with KLB Construction Inc. for the Sewer System Replacement F Schedule B Project UP3200-2, the amount of $2,805,474.20 including Washington State Sales Tax (12) Award construction contract to Precision Earthworks, Inc. for the 126th Street SE Drainage Improvements in the amount of $289,431.32 including Washington State Sales Tax (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement between Snohomish County and the City of Everett for Bridge Inspection Services (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign an Agreement with the Daily Herald to raise money for the Everett Parks and Recreation Youth Scholarship Fund AUDIENCE COMMENTS: Citizens have additional opportunity to comment on any item on the agenda including those items listed above for "Proposed Action".
