This project conforms to the Downtown Everett Plan and directly implements improvements included in the Downtown Everett Streetscape Plan. This project is expected to be constructed in two phases,with Phase 1 being Hoyt Avenue from Wall Street to Everett Avenue. Rucker Avenue will be Phase 2 and will be constructed when funding becomes available. The funding sources for this project are: Fund 144—Downtown Improvements $2,248,000.00 Fund 157—Traffic Mitigation(Frontage Imp.) 28,655.00 Fund 430—Everpark Garage 252,000.00 Total sources of funds $2,528,655.00 RECOMMENDATION: Adopt the proposed Ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled,"Rucker-Hoyt Streetscape Project," Fund 303, Program 089, to accumulate all costs for the improvement. 27
