Rucker Avenue will be Phase 2 and will be constructed when funding becomes <br /> available. <br /> The funding sources for this project are: <br /> Fund 144—Downtown Improvements $2,248,000.00 <br /> Fund 157—Traffic Mitigation(Frontage Imp.) 28,655.00 <br /> Fund 430—Everpark Garage 252,000.00 <br /> Total sources of funds $2,528,655.00 <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Adopt the proposed Ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled,"Rucker-Hoyt Streetscape <br /> Project," Fund 303, Program 089, to accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br /> 27 <br />
