3 <br /> Y� a <br /> - Z <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, <br /> "Rucker-Hoyt Streetscape Project," Fund 303, Program 089, to <br /> accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett is committed to a planned street improvement program; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett has identified the need to make improvements to downtown <br /> streets; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303,Program 089, entitled <br /> "Rucker-Hoyt Streetscape Project,"to accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br /> Program 088, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the"Public Works Director," under direction of the Mayor,to <br /> assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to <br /> accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$2,248,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 089, "Rucker-Hoyt <br /> Streetscape Project," as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Construction $2,528,655.00 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $2,528,655.00 <br /> 28 <br />
