4 <br /> * ' <br /> S T <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled <br /> "Broadway and Beverly Boulevard Intersection," Fund 303, Program <br /> 045, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing <br /> Ordinance No. 2478-00. <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett is committed to a planned street and road improvement program; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and received a State grant for <br /> improvements to the Broadway and Beverly Boulevard Intersection; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 045, entitled <br /> "Broadway and Beverly Boulevard Intersection,"to accumulate all costs for the improvement <br /> project and repealing Ordinance No. 2478-00. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303,Program 045, <br /> for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director," under direction <br /> of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all <br /> things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of $ 1,682,600.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 045, "Broadway and <br /> Beverly Boulevard Intersection," as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Preliminary Engineering $ 130,960.00 <br /> Construction $ 1,551,640.00 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 1,682,600.00 <br /> 32 <br />
