3 <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Services Provided By City of Everett <br /> Services to be provided by the City of Everett include the following: <br /> 1. Right of entry to all areas required for environmental studies, geotechnical explorations, <br /> surveying and other design activities. <br /> 2. Provide any potholing required for City owned utilities and water services. <br /> 3. The City will provide a single set of consolidated review comments for reviews of draft <br /> reports and construction documents submitted by Engineer. <br /> 4. The City will distribute Contract Documents and addenda to potential bidders through an <br /> electronic web posting service. <br /> 5. All legal services related to contract review, protest, claims and related items. <br /> 6. Final review, approval and payment of Construction Contractors progress payments. <br /> 7. Final review and approval of change orders. <br /> 8. Provide designated operations personnel to assist with pipeline draining, startup and <br /> testing of all facilities. <br /> 9.
