OFF-SITE PARKING <br /> The undersigned has secured the lease rights for the daytime and nighttime <br /> parking requirements in sufficient quantities and duration of lease. Copies of <br /> notarized Lease Agreements are enclosed herewith as part of this Proposal. <br /> D. SALES TAX <br /> Sales tax shall be included in the amount proposed for the Lease Purchase <br /> Principal Component. It is further <br /> agreed that the time for completion of the work described herein is a reasonable <br /> time considering the average climatic range and usual conditions prevailing in <br /> the locality. <br /> G. TRENCH EXCAVATION SAFETY PROVISIONS <br /> If the Contract contains any work which requires trenching exceeding a depth of <br /> four (4) feet, all costs for adequate trench safety systems shall be identified as a <br /> separate item in compliance with Chapter 39.04 RCW. The purpose of this <br /> provision is to ensure that the Proposal agrees to comply with all the relevant <br /> trench safety requirements of Chapter 49.17 RCW. This amount shall be <br /> considered as part of the total Lease Purchase Principal Component set forth <br /> above.
