Based on the current direction of the project, the Scope of Work has been expanded to include Project Management Services through the design phase of the project. A breakdown of the contract fees is as follows: Current Contract Amount: $45,000.00 Amendment No.1: $100,000.00 Revised Contract Amount: $145,000.00 The contract will continue to be paid as an hourly rate not to exceed the maximum amount. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to the Professional Services Agreement with OAC Services, Inc. for construction management services for the Everett Municipal Court in the amount of$100,000.00. 5
