3 <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> Scope of Work <br /> September 9, 2010 <br /> EVERETT RIVERFRONT DEVELOPMENT <br /> PROJECT GROUP 3 PUBLIC AMENITIES <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 2 <br /> - PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> During the term of this AGREEMENT, the CONSULTANT (MacLeod Reckord) and identified <br /> SUBCONSULTANTS shall perform professional services in connection with the following <br /> project: <br /> Everett Riverfront Development <br /> Project Group 3 Public Amenities <br /> Scope of Services <br /> MacLeod Reckord will provide a range of general engineering and management consulting <br /> (GEC) services and technical expertise in all phases of the delivery of the following tasks related <br /> to the Riverfront Development Project Group 3 Public Amenities: <br /> Task 000 GEC Management <br /> 001 Site Analysis and Reporting <br /> 002 Coordination Meetings, City Team Meetings, Grant Application Support <br /> 003 (Not Used) <br /> 004 (Not Used) <br /> 005 Permit Application and Coordination <br /> 006 Wetland and Habitat Enhancement • <br /> 007 Geotechnical Engineering Design and Review <br /> 008 Trail Development <br /> 009 3-Acre Park Development <br /> 010 Coptingency and Misc. Projects/Tasks <br /> 011 Stormwater Management Implementation (Bigelow Creek Grant Work <br /> referenced here only, scope and fee included under Amendment#1) <br /> 012 50% PS&E for Preliminary Grading, Drainage, and Planting in 3-Acre Park and <br /> Railroad Corridor (as a contributing effort to BHC's Task Order 5) <br /> The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, park and trail planning and design; <br /> wetland, stream, and shoreline enhancement planning and design; permit coordination; and <br /> environmental analysis, engineering, mapping, and reporting to support the work. <br /> Specific work within this amendment includes: <br /> • Advance documentation toward 60% Design Development PS&E for"Early Phase <br /> Projects" as identified in the Master Plan and further detailed in the 30% submittal dated <br /> February 2010.
