3 <br /> Corridor Enhancements, South Wetland Complex/Bigelow Creek Enhancements, and <br /> North Wetland Complex/Wetland C/Walton Creek Enhancements. <br /> • Stormwater Management Implementation (Bigelow Creek Grant Work), is work that is <br /> ongoing as authorized under Amendment #1 of this contract. Therefore scope is not <br /> defined in detail, nor is fee included under this Amendment#2. Because work includes <br /> advancement of the final City selected plan to the 60/90/100% completion of PS&E, and <br /> because this project is integrated with the work defined in this Amendment#2, the <br /> deliverables of this Stormwater Management Implementation will be incorporated into <br /> the deliverables outlined in Amendment#2. See also more defined project scope in <br /> WSDOE Agreement with City of Everett and Ecology Grant Number G08. <br /> • 50% PS&E for 3-Acre Park and Railroad Corridor preliminary grading, drainage, and <br /> planting for delivery to Group 2 submittal and bid packages. Subsequent submittals of <br /> 90%, and 100% are not included in this scope, and are subject to approval of future <br /> amendments. Work is intended to coordinate with the level of documentation and <br /> proposed schedule in Group 2 scope of work. <br /> Project Area <br /> The Project Area shall be as defined in the original contract and, as necessary for clarification of <br /> scope, shall be further identified within each task order. <br /> ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> MacLeod Reckord will contract with qualified subconsultants, including, but not limited to ESA <br /> Adolfson, KPFF Consulting Engineers, West Consultants, HWA GeoSciences, and Paragon <br /> Research Associates. Roles and responsibilities are as follows: <br /> 1. MacLeod Reckord — Project management, agency coordination, public outreach <br /> coordination, park and trail design and documentation, overall document coordination, <br /> construction administration, project oversight. <br /> 2. ESA Adolfson — Environmental science, wetland/stream/shoreline enhancement and <br /> creation design and documentation, permit coordination and documentation support. <br /> 3. KPFF — Civil and structural engineering, bridge and boardwalk design and <br /> documentation, storm drainage and utility design and documentation. <br /> 4. WEST Consultants — Hydrological Modeling on an as-needed basis to support <br /> wetland/stream/shoreline enhancement and creation. <br /> 5. HWA GeoSciences— Geotechnical engineering, riverbank stabilization analysis, <br /> supplemental reporting on an as-needed basis to support plan components. <br /> 6. Paragon Research Associates —Archaeological evaluation and reporting for park <br /> structures and findings of historical significance. <br /> All work authorized under this amendment to the PSA shall be scoped and negotiated for hours, <br /> project billable non-salary reimbursable costs and fee. All work shall be authorized using the <br /> Task Order Document process. Overtime may be authorized by the City, as needed, in <br /> accordance with the WSDOT State Audit Guide. <br /> GENERAL PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS <br /> 1. Topographic and bathymetric survey and boundary mapping will be as provided by <br /> others through CITY. Cost for same is not included in this proposal. <br /> 2. Coordination with other CITY Consultants and Developer is at the direction and with the <br /> approval of CITY. <br /> 3. 50% PS&E will be provided for inclusion into Group 2 design team efforts. <br /> 4. Environmental permit application for shared or overlapping site improvements defined in <br /> Group 2 design team scope of work for Task 5 is not included in this scope at this time, <br /> 10 2 <br />
