Schedule for <br /> completion of individual work tasks will be coordinated with milestones for completion of CITY <br /> and Developer tasks. <br /> Tentative schedule as follows: <br /> • Advance documentation toward 60% PS&E for Early Phase Projects for January 2011 <br /> review and updated schedule. <br /> • 60% PS&E for Bigelow Creek Subbasin Stormwater Retrofit January 2011 (permit <br /> review/comment schedule dependant). <br /> • 50% PS&E for 3-Acre Park and Railroad Corridor Preliminary Grading, Drainage, and <br /> Planting November/December 2010. <br /> DELIVERABLES <br /> Deliverables will be provided as noted herein and as described in detail in individual Task Order <br /> Documents. <br /> TASKS <br /> 000. GEC Management <br /> 0.1 Coordination and Review: Coordinate the CONSULTANT design team to ensure that <br /> the work is completed on schedule, is technically competent, and meets the CITY's <br /> requirements. Develop and implement the work plan and provide overall coordination <br /> and review of the work. Organize and administer regular internal coordination meetings <br /> of the design team to facilitate execution of the work. <br /> 0.2 Document Management: Provide for the management of drawings and documents <br /> received and generated over the course of the project, including review, distribution, <br /> filing, and storage. <br /> 0.3 Project Schedule: The CITY has established the overall project schedule that <br /> coordinates with other Consultant design teams and the Developer. A detailed schedule <br /> for the CONSULTANT work elements shall be prepared, integrated with the known <br /> schedules of others, and updated by the CONSULTANT, with input from the CITY. <br /> 11 3 <br />
