Provide Historic <br /> Preservation Inventory Form for both structures and a technical brief meeting current <br /> SHPO standards. Review previous field documentation and current PS&E to refine <br /> recommendations for monitoring. <br /> 1.8 Update of Survey and Base Information: From CITY Consultant provided data, <br /> format and update existing base maps as additional data is available through monitoring <br /> survey of surcharge projects, additional data from bathymetric survey, and other <br /> verifications in the field. Additional survey may be required throughout the preliminary <br /> design process, as the CITY, Developer, and other Groups (1 & 2) make revisions to <br /> existing conditions as necessary for preloading and phasing. <br /> Deliverables: 1) Updated Wetland and Steam Delineation/Report. 2) Geotechnical <br /> Analysis and Reporting on Selected Soils. 3) Geotechnical Investigation and Evaluation <br /> Reporting/Data for design. 4) Hydrological Evaluation Data, including raw data from <br /> monitoring. 5) Structural Analysis and Recommendations Memo and Supporting <br /> Drawings. 6) HPiF's for Crane and Riverfront Railroad Trestle Structures, and Technical <br /> Memoranda addressing archival research, monitoring requirements, and potential <br /> cultural resource issues. 7) Base Survey Information. <br /> 002. Coordination Meetings, CITY Team Meetings, Grant Application Support <br /> 2.1 Coordination with Other Consultants: Coordinate Public Amenities projects (Group <br /> 3) through the CITY with CITY's Consultant Groups 1 and 2 on other Riverfront related <br /> projects. Note that coordination meetings under Task 012 work are not included in this <br /> task. <br /> 2.2 Coordination with the Developer: Coordinate with the project Developer, Oliver <br /> McMillan, through the CITY. <br /> 2.3 Coordination with CITY: Coordinate with CITY to assist and support by preparing <br /> grant applications, supporting graphics, cost estimates, and other materials as <br /> requested. <br /> Deliverables: 1) Meeting Notes. 2) Design Charette exhibits as required. 3) Grant <br /> application support and documentation up to the budget identified for this subtask. <br /> Meetings (at a maximum) 5 project manager meetings; 1 full group meeting; 3 Group 1 <br /> and/or Group 2 meetings; 2 City staff meetings.
