CONSENT ITEMS: (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign the rental contract with Spider to perform corrective repairs on the Diversion Dam sluice gate in the amount of $766.51 (9) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $2,096,922.88 for the period of October 2, 2010 through October 8, 2010 (10) Adopt Resolution No. declaring the city's intent to accept a gift from KIRO radio in the amount of $5,000.00 to be used for ball field operations (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign a settlement agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney that settles all claims of Stellar J. Corporation related to the Water Filtration Plant Clearwell No. 2 Project for a total amount of $275,000, plus Washington State Sales Tax ACTION ITEMS: (12) CB 1009-26 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing the special improvement project entitled "Langus Riverfront Park Dock Replacement", Fund 354, Program 025.as established by Ordinance No. 2818-05 (13) Authorize the Mayor to negotiate and sign a Professional Services Agreement with the DLR Group for the design of the Everett Municipal Court (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with OAC Services, Inc. for construction management services for the Everett Municipal Court in the amount of $100,000.00 AUDIENCE COMMENTS: Citizens have additional opportunity to comment on any item on the agenda including those items listed above for "Proposed Action".
