. <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> J7f <br /> !C" <br /> WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Everett and with the <br /> City Council, a petition for the vacation of that portion of 11th Street lying west of Grand <br /> Avenue more legally described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 16, Block 224, Plat of The Heights Addition to Everett <br /> recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 40, records of Snohomish County, Washington; Thence <br /> easterly along the north line of said Lot 16 and the easterly projection thereof a distance of 145feet <br /> to intersect the west line of Grand Avenue right of way, said west line of Grand Avenue right of way <br /> being resultant of City of Everett Ordinance #89 approved on January 24, 1894, in which the <br /> westerly 10 feet of Grand Avenue was vacated;Thence northerly and parallel with the east right of <br /> way line of Grand Avenue a distance of 80 feet to intersect the easterly projected south line of Lot <br /> 1, Block 213, Plat of The Heights Addition to Everett; Thence westerly along the easterly projected <br /> south line of Lot 1 a distance of 10 feet to intersect the southeast corner of said Lot 1; Thence <br /> continuing westerly along the south line of Lot 1 a distance of 137.71 feet to intersect the southwest <br /> corner of said Lot 1 and the west line of said Plat of The Heights Addition to Everett; Thence <br /> southerly along the west line of said Plat of The Heights Addition to Everett a distance of 80 feet to <br /> the northwest corner of Lot 16 and the point of beginning. <br /> SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF SNOHOMISH, STATE OF WASHINGTON. <br /> More commonly known as that portion of 11th Street lying west of Grand Avenue. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett did by resolution fix the 6th day of <br /> October, 2010, at 6:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall (3002 Wetmore <br /> Ave) in the City of Everett as the time and place for the hearing of said petition and the <br /> City Clerk of the City of Everett was directed to give notice of said hearing in the manner <br /> prescribed by law. <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a hearing will be held on said petition on the 6th <br /> day of October, 2010, at 6:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall (3002 <br /> Wetmore Ave) in the City of Everett, and <br /> NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT any person or persons desiring to be heard with <br /> reference thereto may appear at such time and place and may be heard at said time. <br /> Dated this 2nd day of September, 2010. <br /> Sharo Marks , City Cle k <br /> 158 <br />
