Service provider has <br /> extensive experience at the Water Filtration Plant and expertise with actuators and valves used at <br /> the Water Filtration Plant. Service provider will also be readily available to handle planned and <br /> emergency corrective maintenance valve and actuator repairs and replacement as needed. This <br /> amendment will extend the contract period to January 31, 2012, at no additional cost. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with J. <br /> Bozeat &Associates, LLC for valve and valve actuator related services at the Water Filtration <br /> Plant, at no additional cost. <br />
