1 4AMENDMENT ONE <br /> To <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> For <br /> SENATOR HENRY M.JACKSON PARK MASTER PLAN <br /> DEVELOPMENT <br /> With <br /> MACLEOD RECKORD,PLLC <br /> This Agreement, entered into the day of December, 2010, constitutes <br /> Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Everett, <br /> "the City" and MacLeod Reckord,PLLC, whose address is 91 Marion Street, Seattle WA <br /> 98104, hereinafter referred to as the"Service Provider". <br /> WITNES SETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Section 8 of the Professional Services Agreement provides for adjustment or <br /> modification of the scope of services of the Agreement by the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the Service Provider agree that the period of performance of <br /> the Agreement should be extended to April 30, 2011 to allow additional time to complete <br /> the public outreach, review and comment period, and final master plan presentation to the <br /> Park Board of Commissioners for recommendation and to City Council for adoption. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City and the Service Provider mutually agree as follows: <br /> Section 3 of the Professional Services Agreement is modified to change"Time of <br /> Beginning and Completion of Performance" to read: "This Agreement shall commence as <br /> on the date of execution of the Agreement and shall be completed by April 30, 2011." <br /> All other terms and conditions of the Agreement, as amended, shall remain in full force <br /> and effect. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Service Provider and the City have executed this <br /> Agreement as of the day and year first above written. <br /> CITY OF EVERETT MACLEOD RECKORD, PLLC <br /> As iington limited li ility company <br /> i j <br /> By By ,, <br /> =` r Ray Stephanson, Mayor Na eFid <br /> Dated: Title <br /> Dated: P t riAtt,to <br /> 1 <br /> 158 <br />
