D. Fowler quote that <br /> you forwarded to me. The riser pipe is as measured in the field to extend between the flange <br /> on the buried 24" header pipe and the connection to a 90° bend for the future pump. Per our <br /> discussion backfill for the riser can be a vibrated in place pea gravel. Change in price is to <br /> include exploratory work to locate and measure to the top of the existing header pipe. The <br /> City of Everett will dewater the pipe as far as is possible prior to Stellar J removing the <br /> existing flange and installing the riser. Due to shut down restraints the time for Stellar J to <br /> complete their work shall be limited to six hours. <br /> Purpose of Work Change Directive: Extend future piping above grade prior to constructing <br /> a building that would limit access to doing this work. <br /> Attachments: (List documents supporting change): H.
