�2 <br /> Project Scope <br /> This agreement includes Bridge Design, Roadway Design, Geotechnical Investigations, <br /> Environmental NEPA/ SEPA Permitting, Surveying, BNSF coordination and Constructability <br /> Review associated with an Alternative Study Report associated with the replacement of <br /> Broadway Bridge Project located between Hewitt Avenue and California Street in Everett, <br /> Washington. <br /> Federal funds will be used in the planning, design, and/or construction of the project. <br /> Accordingly, the procedures outlined in the Local Agency Guidelines (LAG manual) will be <br /> used during development of the project. <br /> In the following the activities associated with the critical tasks of the Project are described: <br /> TASK 1: PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> This Task includes administration of the contract between the Consultant and the Agency, <br /> preparation of weekly progress reports and quality control necessary for the 100% PS&E <br /> Submittal. The task includes all administrative services needed to coordinate with the sub- <br /> consultants and to complete on time and within budget. The following are the categorized <br /> activities associated with this Task: <br /> A. Project Management <br /> B. Weekly Progress Reports,Weekly Meetings and Invoicing: Weekly Progress report will <br /> contain a narrative that identifies and describes significant activities performed in the <br /> previous week and the significant planned activities for the upcoming week; <br /> C. Consultant Team Management: Prepare sub-consultant agreements, coordinate, budget and <br /> review the project progress and submittals. <br /> 1. Schedule and coordinate with consultant personnel and equipment. <br /> 2. Coordinate and attend City/Project Team Committee meetings. <br /> 3. Prepare project work plan, and change management procedure. <br /> 4. Prepare,monitor, and update project schedule. Schedule will be developed using MS <br /> Project. Monitor project budget. <br /> 5. Prepare monthly billings,progress reports, and updated monthly project schedule. <br /> 6. Attend weekly coordination/discussion meetings with key City staff, and attend other <br /> meetings as needed. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes. <br /> 7. Maintain regular contact with the Consultant via informal meetings, telephone <br /> discussions, and electronic mail. <br /> 8. Obtain,with assistance from the City, rights of entry necessary for surveys, geotechnical <br /> studies, and wetland delineations. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Weekly Progress Reports <br /> 14 <br />
