The Task is to provide <br /> topographic survey and engineering basemaps of the Broadway Bridge site in Everett to <br /> support engineering design. <br /> A. The following alignments will be surveyed and mapped to a distance of twenty-five feet onto <br /> adjoining private lands beyond the right-of-way margin of each alignment: <br /> 1. Broadway Ave. from one-hundred feet south of the intersection with Hewitt Ave. <br /> to one-hundred feet north of the intersection with California Ave. <br /> 2. California Ave from one-hundred feet east to one-hundred feet west of its <br /> intersection with Broadway Ave. <br /> 3. Hewitt Ave from one-hundred feet east to one-hundred feet west of its <br /> intersection with Broadway Ave. <br /> 4. BNSF mainline right-of-way from one-hundred feet east to one-hundred feet west <br /> of its intersection with Broadway Ave. <br /> 5. Survey existing clearance heights over the railroad tracks at Oaks, Lombard and <br /> E. Portal of Tunnel <br /> B. Perteet field crews will make measurements and observations from the ground surface, <br /> including gravity structure as-builds that do not require confined space entry. In addition,we <br /> will contract with Pacific Geomatics Services to perform laser-scanning and infill terrestrial <br /> survey of improvements and surfaces situated within the railroad right-of-way. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> 1. For the planned design survey activities, it will not be necessary to enter private <br /> residences or buildings to survey basements or obtain other information. <br /> 2. The following will be provided by the City: <br /> a. The City shall provide Title Reports for all of the adjacent properties within the <br /> project limits (estimated at twelve). <br /> b. City crews shall locate and surface mark all water distribution pipes and water service <br /> connections in advance of field surveys. <br /> c. City shall contact private utility surveyors to mark their facilities in advance of field <br /> surveys. <br /> d. City shall provide confined space entry into manholes if needed for survey, mapping, <br /> or design purposes (measurements and photographs). <br /> e. City shall provide monument location index and blank survey field books. <br /> f. City shall provide rights of entry for mapping on adjoining private lands. <br /> 15 <br />
