PS&E Preparation <br /> The PS&E Contract Documents will be by supplement to this agreement. It is anticipated that <br /> the design team will negotiate another contract to prepare Final PS&E(i.e. construction <br /> documents) for the Project based on the Alternative Study Phase activities using current City of <br /> Everett design standards and other relevant guidelines. <br /> TASK 11: MANAGEMENT RESERVE <br /> This Task encompasses optional or unanticipated minor design tasks that the City may desire to <br /> complete as part of the Project. Before proceeding,the Consultant will prepare a scope and fee <br /> for the work for the City's review and the work will not begin until both parties agree upon the <br /> scope & fee, and the work is authorized by the City's Project Manager.
