6 . Signs - There shall be no signs permitted on the parking areas other than directional signs (e.g. , "parking for Broadway Hardware" , "enter" , "exit" ) and incidental signs (e.g. , "Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner's expense" ) , as defined by the Zoning Code. No product advertising shall be permitted on any of the parking lot areas. Signs shall not be visible from McDougall Avenue. 7 . Demolition/Removal of Existing Dwellings - The applicant shall not demolish or remove any of the existing dwellings from any of the subject lots without first obtni.ning n permit from the Public Works Department for construction of a parking lot in conformance with the terms of this resolution. 8 . Completion of Parking Lot Construction - The construction of the parking lot and all improvements required by this Resolution and by other City regulations shall be completed within one year of the date of issuance of the Public Works permit for, the parking lot construction. Upon completion of the parking lot improvements as in accordance with the terms specified herein, a rezone ordinance consistent with this Resolution shall be presented to the City Council for their consideration and approval . 9 . Use of Property Inconsistent with this Resolution - Any use of the subject properties inconsistent with the terms of this Resolution, either before, during, or after construction of the parking lot facility, shall be grounds for revocation of this Resolution by the City Council and shall also be considered a violation of the Zoning Code and subject to the violation and enforcement provisions thereof . 10 .
