E. Compensation and Expenses: <br /> All members shall serve without compensation. The <br /> Historical Commission is a duly created and <br /> approved commission for the purpose of <br /> reimbursement of expenses incurred in the <br /> performance of the Commission's duties pursuant to <br /> Chapter 2 . 76 EMC; <br /> Section 3 : Section 5 (B) (6) of Ordinance No. 1355-87 which <br /> reads as follows: <br /> 6. Inclusion into the Everett Register of <br /> Historic Places requires owner approval. Historic <br /> districts require approval of owners of a majority <br /> of the properties in the proposed district; <br /> be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 6 . Inclusion into the Everett Register of <br /> Historic Places requires owner approval. Everett <br /> Register Historic Districts require approval by <br /> owners of a majority of the properties in the <br /> proposed district; <br /> Section 4 : Severability <br /> Should any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause <br /> or phrase of this ordinance or its application to any person <br /> or situation be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any <br /> reason, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br /> remaining portions of this ordinance or its application to <br /> any other person or situation.
