a parent or legal guardian present if the person is a <br /> senior high school student and provides proof of high <br /> school attendance in the form of a valid high school <br /> student picture identification card or such other form <br /> of picture identification indicating that the person is <br /> of senior high school age such as a Washington State <br /> picture identification card. <br /> B. No person conducting or operating a public dance <br /> or public dance hall shall allow persons over the age <br /> of twenty (20) to enter or remain on the premises, <br /> except for bona fide employees of the person operating <br /> or conducting such public dance or public dance hall <br /> and parents or guardians accompanying a person when <br /> persons under the age of twenty-one (21) are present. <br /> C. Every person who knowingly or recklessly shall <br /> allow a person to enter or remain in violation of this <br /> section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. It is the <br /> responsibility of the person conducting and/or <br /> operating a public dance to require picture <br /> identification showing the age of each person admitted <br /> or in the case of students attending senior high <br /> school, such identification may include valid high <br /> school student picture identification cards or such <br /> other form of picture identification indicating that <br /> the person is of senior high school age such as a <br /> Washington State picture identification card. <br /> D. Any person who shall by affirmative <br /> misrepresentation of age obtain admission to or <br /> permission to remain in any teen dance or public dance <br /> in violation of this Chapter shall be guilty of a <br /> misdemeanor. <br /> E. No public dance shall be conducted past the hour <br /> of 4 : 00 a.m. ; Provided, however, no person conducting <br /> or operating a public dance after the hour of 2 : 00 a.m. <br /> shall permit, either by act or omission, persons under <br /> the age of twenty-one (21) years to enter or remain on <br /> the premises, except for bona fide employees of the <br /> person operating or conducting such public dance; and <br /> also Provided, however, no teen dance shall be <br /> conducted past the hour of 1: 30 a.m. <br /> F. It shall be the obligation of every person <br /> licensed under this chapter to provide proper security <br /> at public dances. The licensee shall hire uniformed <br /> security personnel approved by the chief of police. <br /> The licensee shall hire a minimum of two (2) uniformed <br /> security personnel or such other number as recommended <br /> by the chief of police. The uniformed personnel shall <br /> be present both during and following all public dances <br /> to maintain order and ensure compliance with the <br /> 3 <br />
