In order to find a solution more suited to the growing needs
of these departments and the anticipated needs of other City departments the RFP process was
used to identify other packages available in the marketplace.
The evaluation team, which included Information Technology , Public Works and Police staff,
selected Evans Technology, Inc as the most advantageous proposal.
This amendment increases the expenditure budget in the Criminal Justice Fund 156 by the amount
of $61,268.
Increase Small Equipment Expense 156 5300420350 61,268
Decrease Criminal Justice Ending Fund Balance 156 5980000999 61,268
ATTACHMENT A
Tally 2006.xls 4/11/2006
