The <br /> property is characterized by its extensive forested cover. There is a single family house with several <br /> smaller outbuildings, driveway and typical landscaping. Most of the parcel is has <br /> been left in a forested condition with tall firs and cedars and some deciduous <br /> trees and shrubs. <br /> Accessibility and Road Frontage <br /> The property is located on a corner parcel. There is street frontage along <br /> Madison Street and Morgan Street. The remaining property lines are located <br /> adjacent to residentially developed properties. The property can be easily <br /> accessed on the property perimeters along the street. <br /> Land Area <br /> According to the Assessor, the subject parcel total 1.78 acres. <br /> Land Shape <br /> The property is rectangular in shape. <br /> Land Contour and Elevations <br /> According to the Snohomish County Permit, Planning and Zoning Map the bulk of <br /> the subject larger parcel within the alluvium plane in generally level at about 460 <br /> feet.
