According to the Soil Survey, the subject site is Alderwood- <br /> Everett soils. It is characterized as moderately deep and moderately well <br /> drained. They formed in glacial till. The surface layer is gravelly sandy loam. <br /> Flood Zone Information <br /> According to the FEMA FIRM map, the subject parcel is not in a flood hazard <br /> area. <br /> Flora <br /> The subject parcel is moderately forested with scrub shrubs and typical forest <br /> floor vegetation including blackberry and native grasses. <br /> Picto <br /> Pial Assessment <br /> of Current Site Conditions <br /> The following are pictures demonstrate current site conditions, features, typical <br /> flora, and impact of human development and use.
